At Highland Property Agents our sales agents receive the very best industry training to give them the confidence and skill to sell and negotiate in a highly competitive market. Our staff receive ongoing training with seminars and sessions with leading industry trainers Josh Phegan, Jett Xavier and Tom Pannos as well as intensive fortnightly In house scripts and dialogues training with our senior agents.

The mentoring and professional development of junior sales agents is proactively planned and overseen by our senior sales agents to ensure that all agents are on a continuous path of professional growth.

Offering clearly defined career paths

At Highland Property Agents our sales, property management and operations team have genuine career progression opportunities with defined bands. New starters receive a structured and clearly defined progression path with specific developmental goals to focus on. Senior agents are responsible for ensuring their staff stay on track, progressing along the bands within the recommended time frame and are accountable for their growth and exposure. When staff successfully reach their developmental milestones they become eligible for promotion.
